Guide to Ordering and Downloading Your Techniques
In this guide we will add 2
techniques to the shopping cart, showing you how to make your purchase and
how to download. Any
buttons
or
links
mentioned will be highlighted
in the
Images using a
blue dashed circle.
You can
click
the images for a larger version.
Step 1 -
Adding techniques to your shopping cart
Having browsed the website
and decided on the product(s) that you require,
click
 or
click The TET
Store
sign on its own (Bottom left under the Product List). Now go to each
Product page that you want and
click
the BUY NOW
button
on the product page
(circled in blue). I have also circled the Adobe Acrobat
link
on this page which is needed to view the PDF files once downloaded. If you
don't already have Acrobat Reader, now would be a good time to download
and install it on your PC, just
click and follow the
simple instructions for loading.

Step 2 - Your shopping cart contents
You will
now be transferred to your shopping cart. It will display the cart
contents. If you only intend to purchase one item then skip to step 3,
otherwise you need to
click the
CONTINUE
SHOPPING
button
(circled in blue) and repeat step one.

Step 3 - Checking out
Once your
shopping cart has all the products you require
click
the CHECKOUT
button.

Step 4 - Signing in or new account
You will
now be required to either
setup an account
if this is your first purchase or
login
if you are a previous customer. If you are a previous customer just enter
your username and password and
click
the
SIGN IN
button. New customers need to
click
CONTINUE to
setup an account.
It's a very straightforward form, requiring your name and address, letting
you choose your preferred username and password for future use.

Step 5 - Billing address
This step
is generally skipped over and you can just
click
CONTINUE at this point unless you need to change your billing
address.

Step 6 - Order Confirmation
All you need to do now
is check that your order details are correct then
click
CONTINUE.
You will then be transferred to the WorldPay secure payment portal to make
your payment.

Step 7 - Downloading your product(s)
Once you have
processed the payment on the WorldPay site you are automatically transferred
back to the shopping cart order successfully processed page. This is where
you can download the products you have purchased. The names of the products
highlighted in the image are the
links
to start your downloads just
click
on them and select the 'save to disk option'. This will save
the files to your computers hardisk.
You will also notice
that each download has an expiry date and number of downloads remaining. If
your download fails for any reason, for example a power cut or computer
crash, you can log back on later and still have the opportunity to download
again.

You can now use your
products directly from your computer or better still, run them off and put
them in folders. If you need to go back in to download the product after
you have left the download page just follow the next few steps to get back
to your available downloads.
Step 1 - My
Account
From any page in
the online shop,
click the
MY ACCOUNT
link.

Step 2 -
View your order
You will now be
shown your order history.
Click
the
VIEW ORDER
button.

Step 3 -
Download your products
The page will now
display the order information and at the bottom will display the download
links
in the same way as Step 7 above.
